Sessions per day.
Aim to perform these exercises at least 4 times per day. After 3-6 months, you should be able to cut it down to just 1+ sessions per day as a maintenance plan.
Note: Make Kegel Klock Exercises part of your daily routine.
Fitting in 4 sessions of exercises and making it part of your daily routine, will keep things simple.
For example:
- 1. Sitting up in bed after you wake up or first thing when you get up in the morning
- 2. Lunch time
- 3. Dinner time
- 4. Right before bed
*Other Times — Perform a single Kegel by contracting your pelvic floor muscles just before and during any activity that puts pressure on your abdomen which will make you want to urinate. Such as sneezing, coughing, laughing or heavy lifting. This might help you drip/leak less during these moments when you have the least amount of control.
